How does it work?

Just add your items to the cart and checkout as normal, we accept apple pay and all major credit and debit cards. Once we receive your order, we will get started on it right away. If you have any questions about an item please email us at info@roseandfawn.com

 

How long will my order take?

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, we aim to have greeting cards in the post by the next working day. 

 

Can I send a card direct to the recipient?

Yes! We are more than happy to put a hand written message inside your greeting card and send it straight to your recipient. At the checkout you will find a box that says “Add A note To your order” pop your card message in there, and use the recipients address for the shipping address. If you have any issues please email us at info@roseandfawn.com with your order number. 

 

What delivery provider do you use?

All shipping is free within the UK, all items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, if you need an item urgently please email us at info@roseandfawn.com and we will be happy to help.
